1. Request accuracy

By submitting a request or order, you confirm that the business information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request a Just1 Business Presence for that business.

2. Business Presence scope

The Just1 Business Presence is a credibility-first digital storefront for your business. It is designed to help customers understand what you do and contact you faster. It does not include custom software, online shop functionality, complex integrations, or ongoing support unless agreed separately.

3. Timelines and delivery

Turnaround targets are estimates and may vary based on queue volume, completeness of submitted information, and technical constraints. We aim to communicate clearly if delays occur.

4. Content standards

Just1 may decline requests or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights. You remain responsible for the business claims and media you provide.

5. Conversion and third-party tools

Where relevant, forms, analytics, and communication channels may rely on third-party services. Just1 cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems but will take reasonable steps to maintain reliability.
