After I register my domain with you, who owns my domain? Me or you? I've heard that some web hosts try to withhold the domain - do you do that?
At all times, from the moment you register your just1 web site, YOU own your domain. We register it in your name and, should you ever wish to move away from us, we will be co-operative and we will NOT, ever withhold the domain. Once you've paid for it, it's yours. Period.
12 months after your initial registration with us, we will invoice you for another 12 months. If you elect not to continue with us, simply ignore the invoice and we will de-activate your web page. If you pay the invoice, you will get another 12 months of use from your just1 web page. Your invoice will be the same price as everyone else is paying. That means: If in 12 months the has increased we will invoice you the new price, not the current price.
I've ordered my site, received my invoice, paid for it, and now I'd like to start editing my site. What do I do?
Go to http://www.just1.co.za/user. If you're not logged in, log in. If you ARE already logged in, you should see your site listed there. Simply click on your domain name to start editing your site. Click 'Save'. Once you do that, you will be redirected to your web page. From there, you can click "Edit Page" on the bottom left to go back to the edit page.
You mentioned unlimited forwarders in your sales page - how do I set them up?
Your unlimited forwarders are already activated. ANY email sent to ANYTHING [at] yourdomain [dot] co [dot] za will automatically be forwarded to the email address you used when signing up. In future, we plan to make it possible for you to configure specific email forwarders to go to specific email addresses but, for now, we only offer "catch-all" functionality.
I registered for your service an hour ago but my domain still isn't working and neither are my emails! When can I expect them to work?
Your domain will take 1-4 days to be registered and activated. This is a technical limitation (in DNS propagation) that we cannot lift. Once your domain is registered, you will receive an email from "UniForum" advising you as much. UniForum is the company in SA through which all domain registrations must be done. Once you've received this domain, you will need to wait another 24 hours before everything will work. That's why we say 1-4 days. For most people, it will be done in under a day but we say 4 to be safe.
The changes I've made to my site aren't showing up! What's wrong? How can I fix it?
The reason your changes aren't showing up is because your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) is storing a copy of your web page on your hard drive. This is done so that subsequent visits to your web page are faster and this is done for every web page on the internet. To see your changes after you've made them, reload your web page by holding the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and then pressing the "F5" key. This will force your browser to fetch the latest copy of the web page from the internet.

The time it takes for a just1 page to be indexed depends on the links pointing to it. For example, if you set up a link to your just1 web page from your blog, it won't take long at ALL for it to be picked up.
Then, the main thing affecting your ranking is links from other sites. To get lots of links, I would personally recommend writing and submitting articles (1-5 a week) to EzineArticles.com and linking back to your site using your keywords. Here are some examples that a mechanic would use: lookie.co.za/lqX
Don't worry if someone has already covered the same topic as you before, just write the article, make sure it's unique and link it to your just1 web page!
Remember to use your keyword(s) when linking to your site. For example, it's better for me to link to just1 using this: Cheap Web Sites than this: Just1 - It's all you need.

How can you charge so little per year while others charge the same amount per month? What's the catch?
There's no catch. We can charge so little because 90% of our business is automated and you're paying for a single web page. With other companies charging the same per month, you're paying for more than just a web page. We've kept it simple for you so you can get online quickly but you might outgrow us in the years to come, which is when you can go to a more expensive option. For now, and for most small businesses, it's simply unnecessary.
I'd like to sell one or more products using my Just1 web site, is that possible and, if so, how do I go about doing it?
Using Setcom.com (a South African company) you can easily sell things with your Just1 web site. They have tutorials on how to add a product to your Setcom account and how to create "Buy Now" buttons. Once you have the code for a "Buy Now" button, simply edit your web site, click "Source", and paste the code in. It's that simple! Registration with Setcom is free. Please visit www.Setcom.com for more information!
Nope - that's a waste of time and is actually recommended AGAINST by many of the gurus as it can actually slow down the time it takes for your site to get indexed. The way the search engines see it is that a link to your site is worth more than self-promotion so, instead, you should build links into your site from other sites. We get that process going by linking to your site from our web site directory but we highly recommend that you play an active role in building links into your site as it will guarantee you much more success than not doing so.
